Courtesy of Sacred Heart University FAIRFIELD, CT — A new statewide poll by Sacred Heart University’s Institute for Public Policy found voters prefer creating new sources of tax revenue over cutting funds to public programs and services in order to balance the state budget.

New Poll Finds 57 Percent of Voters Disapprove of Republican Health Care Plan

shutterstock A new Quinnipiac University poll found that 57 percent of voters disapprove of the Republican health care plan that passed the House last month. That’s one percent more than the 56 percent who disapproved of the plan in a May 11 survey.
