Kennedy Offers Parity Pitch As Constituents Share Stories of Repeated Coverage Denials

Christine Stuart photo Former U.S. Congressman Patrick Kennedy had his own story to tell Saturday about how suffering from bipolar disorder and a prescription drug addiction led him to crash his vehicle into a barrier at the U.S. Capitol in 2006. But it was the stories of Connecticut residents Cathy Morelli and Greg Williams that Kennedy believes will help achieve the goals set forth in the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equality Act of 2008.
