Green Files Lawsuit Over Recount

State Rep. Kenneth Green, D-Hartford, filed a lawsuit Tuesday challenging the results of a recount of the Aug. 10 primary results. Green had been up two votes when the polls closed, but a recount put his opponent, Matthew Ritter, up by two votes.
