Angel Morales, who challenged state Rep. Kelvin Roldan, filed a lawsuit Wednesday claiming there were irregularities during the recount process. In addition the lawsuit alleges the absentee ballots were not sealed between the Aug. 10 primary and the Aug. 16 recount. Click here to read the lawsuit filed by Morales’ lawyer Robert Ludgin. State Rep. Kenneth Green of Hartford filed a lawsuit Tuesday.
