The legislature’s Education Committee will hold a public hearing on the settlement agreement in the landmark Sheff v. O’Neill desegregation lawsuit at 2 p.m. in Room 2C of the Legislative Office Building in Hartford.
Here’s a copy of the agreement. The state legislature has 30-days to approve it, or it will automatically be adopted.

If the schools in a state are racist, most likely are the courts, police, and state government.
It was a miracle that the Sheffs won in Connecticut's racist kangaroo courts. Cases are normally decided before they are even held. Judges and others just go through the motions. There had to be overwhelming reasons for Sheff to win in court.
In Southern States when the Feds went through every aspect of a State's courts, police, and government to eradicate KKK-like organizations and practices, they forgot to do anything about Connecticut.
It has only been a year or two, or so, since Yale University in New Haven took down there artwork celebrating "the good ole slaving days".
I am going to notify CT legislators on the Education committee of this:
