Here’s a clip of the health care protest at the Capitol Friday. Twenty-two of the activists were later arrested for breach of peace.
Rep. Kevin Witkos, R-Canton, wrote a letter to Capitol Police Chief Michael Fallon and Department of Public Safety Commissioner John Danaher III Monday and asked for the “dollar amount of manpower attributed to this protest as I will be seeking restitution from the court system to the State of Connecticut.” He also wrote a letter to the Community Court Judge. Protestors are expected to be arraigned in Hartford Community Court Tuesday.

So let me see if I have this right. Witkos will ask for restitution from those exercising their civil rights, but won't be asking Senator DeLuca to resign for conspiring with a mobster to "bitch slap" an abusive individual. Brillant. I hope people in Canton read this and think about it during the next election.

Mr. Witkos seems good at sticking his foot in his mouth.

I'm sorry for the confusion this is not a video I shot. This is from the advocates at the event. I don't have a video web site, but plan to experiment with it in the future.
