Dyson Calls for Change at the Top

The dean of local black elected officials, State Rep. Bill Dyson (at right in photo), gave a mayoral challenger his first major endorsement Monday, saying City Hall needs a new direction and the Democratic Party needs an infusion of democracy.
Dyson endorsed Democrat Jim Newton’s uphill primary challenge to incumbent Mayor John DeStefano. (In the file photo he’s shown alongside former Mayor John Daniels at a 2005 anti-DeStefano event.)

Dyson has grown so out of touch with New Haven.
I'll repeat here what I said over at the Independent.

Thanks Mr. Dyson. Thanks for doing your part to help re-elect the biggest warmonger in America. Joe's got Bush's back on Iraq, and you've got Joe's.
