The House of Representatives is expected to go into session today after 1:30 p.m. According to their agenda, which is called the Go List, they will tackle a number of issues from municipal electricity rates, youth who run away from home, and last but not least the now infamous 17-year-old voting rights resolution. The 17-year-old voting rights bill failed to gain enough support last year in the House and Connecticut Young Democrats used it to make this funny video.

So much for the agenda. None of the issues we highlighted in the brief above were addressed Tuesday by the House. On Wednesday both the House and the Senate will be in session and may address some of the bills highlighted above, then again even in a short session things don't move very fast up here until the last week or two before adjournment. This year's session adjourns May 7.
