Some Customers Say Transition From AT&T To Frontier Has Been Bumpy

Courtesy of the Frontier Communications Facebook page (Updated 7 p.m.) Customers who previously had AT&T Inc. landline, Internet, and video services were switched over to Stamford-based Frontier Communications over this past weekend and, for many, it’s been a bumpy transition. However, on Wednesday evening the company issued a statement apologizing to customers whose service had been interrupted, and also pledging to issue a billing credits to its customers by the end of the year.

Rocket Launch To Be Visible from Connecticut Tuesday, October 28

Orbital Sciences Corporation A space station resupply flight to be launched from Wallops Island, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, October 28 at 6:22 p.m. according to NASA.  A Monday launch attempt was scrubbed due to a boater entering into a restricted area of the flight path.

Analysis: Apple Can Do More to Protect User Privacy and Security

A number of celebrities had their privacy significantly violated this week when their Apple iCloud accounts were compromised and photo backups were downloaded by unauthorized individuals. While Apple is correct in saying their security system was not compromised, they could be doing more to help users protect their data.
