Is your connection to cyberspace fast enough? CTTechJunkie helped answer the question on The Colin McEnroe Show on May 1, exploring what it will take to bring gigabit speeds to Connecticut towns.

Also on the show was former FCC Chief of Staff Blair Levin who spoke of some of the infrastructure challenges in bringing fiber to communities, and Ellen Swanson Katz of the Office of Consumer Counsel (OCC). Katz talked about initiatives her office is undertaking to help Connecticut’s towns and businesses get the speed they need to compete.  The OCC recently hosted a broadband conference to begin conversations on bringing faster speeds to Connecticut.
